The Pepper Cannon produces extravagant quantities of fresh ground pepper. Decrease the coarseness and crank less if you cannot handle the full power.
Ordinary mills can only grind pepper in the 12-28 mesh size range. The Pepper Cannon can grind from 8 to over 60. It can grind coarse enough for stocks and roast beef, and finer than the pre-ground pepper you have been forced to buy because your mill wasn’t up to the task. A double-bearing supported drive shaft that powers high-carbon stainless steel burrs ensure you get the best grind, every time.
The grind adjuster is on the base where the action is. Dual spring-plungers and detents keep it in place so your setting will stay until you change it.
You can easily remove and replace the top with a push of a button. No need to mess with your grind setting or make any adjustments. Intuitive and simple.
Pre-grind up to ⅓ cup of pepper into the base for easy one-hand seasoning. No need to wash your hands mid-seasoning after flipping your raw steak.
The Pepper Cannon is milled from a solid piece of Aerospace Grade Aluminum. It is then anodized black for a durable, non-reactive and easy to clean surface. The hardened high-carbon stainless steel burrs crush the pepper effortlessly.

Pepper EVERYWHERE! It truly does what it says it will do, magnificently.
Not quite 5 stars because of a few annoyances: the top of the pepper cannon is very fiddly to reattach after you’ve loaded it, and the bottom cap doesn’t come off easily: if you’ve ground a bunch of pepper into it, you’ll spill a bunch of pepper out of it when you go to remove it.
Still, this is the most productive mill I’ve ever used!
Some folks think this is too expensive but it is absolutely the best pepper mill on the planet. We received one as a gift and have bought one as a gift. Your home chefs will appreciate it!
