The Pepper Cannon produces extravagant quantities of fresh ground pepper. Decrease the coarseness and crank less if you cannot handle the full power.
Ordinary mills can only grind pepper in the 12-28 mesh size range. The Pepper Cannon can grind from 8 to over 60. It can grind coarse enough for stocks and roast beef, and finer than the pre-ground pepper you have been forced to buy because your mill wasn’t up to the task. A double-bearing supported drive shaft that powers high-carbon stainless steel burrs ensure you get the best grind, every time.
The grind adjuster is on the base where the action is. Dual spring-plungers and detents keep it in place so your setting will stay until you change it.
You can easily remove and replace the top with a push of a button. No need to mess with your grind setting or make any adjustments. Intuitive and simple.
Pre-grind up to ⅓ cup of pepper into the base for easy one-hand seasoning. No need to wash your hands mid-seasoning after flipping your raw steak.

Definitely BIFL. I considered the moulin, but i honestly cant imagine how it could be any better than the Pepper Cannon, and at nearly twice the price it's unjustifiable. The Pepper Cannons design, construction and feel are all first tier quality. Amazing tool!
Bought this twice. The first one we have is still going strong, but I bought a second after, my parents were so impressed by it that they find it difficult to use any other pepper mill. Not cheap but also not expensive given how much you use the tool every day.
