The Pepper Cannon produces extravagant quantities of fresh ground pepper. Decrease the coarseness and crank less if you cannot handle the full power.
Ordinary mills can only grind pepper in the 12-28 mesh size range. The Pepper Cannon can grind from 8 to over 60. It can grind coarse enough for stocks and roast beef, and finer than the pre-ground pepper you have been forced to buy because your mill wasn’t up to the task. A double-bearing supported drive shaft that powers high-carbon stainless steel burrs ensure you get the best grind, every time.
The grind adjuster is on the base where the action is. Dual spring-plungers and detents keep it in place so your setting will stay until you change it.
You can easily remove and replace the top with a push of a button. No need to mess with your grind setting or make any adjustments. Intuitive and simple.
Pre-grind up to ⅓ cup of pepper into the base for easy one-hand seasoning. No need to wash your hands mid-seasoning after flipping your raw steak.
The Pepper Cannon is milled from a solid piece of Aerospace Grade Aluminum. It is then anodized black for a durable, non-reactive and easy to clean surface. The hardened high-carbon stainless steel burrs crush the pepper effortlessly.
So far, we Love it! Such an improvement over our prior pepper mills. One flick of the wrist and you have three times the ground pepper of the others. Plus, it’s great to have true medium to coarse settings, unlike the pricey Peugeot we bought that only shoots out fine or superfine pepper.

This thing is an amazing beast.
It puts out shocking amounts of pepper with a big twist, or gently dusts your food with a gentle turn.
When you first get the empty cannon and give the top a spin you will marvel about the balanced weight and effortless glide of the ball bearings.
Spending nearly $200 on a pepper grinder is insane, but if it sounds even slightly reasonable to you, do it. You will not be disappointed.
Is it worth the cost? Not quite sure, it's very expensive. But wow does it deliver. Great grind, easy to use and fill. Looks great. I mean we did pay for it, after 2 years of debating. So I guess it was, but we could have got two if it was less. Would make a great gift.
