This
professional-grade pepper grinder is not just another kitchen gadget. It's a game-changer.
Made with quality materials, it provides easy, consistent grinds. This brings out the full flavor of your peppercorns.
Many pepper mills and grinders cannot grind consistently. They often give you a mix of powdery dust and whole peppercorns, which can be frustrating. The Pepper Cannon eliminates this issue entirely. Its innovative design ensures a perfect grind every time, maximizing flavor release and minimizing waste.
The Pepper Cannon produces extravagant quantities of fresh ground pepper. Decrease the coarseness and crank less if you cannot handle the full power.
Ordinary mills can only grind pepper in the 12-28 mesh size range. The Pepper Cannon can grind from 8 to over 60. It can grind coarse enough for stocks and roast beef, and finer than the pre-ground pepper you have been forced to buy because your mill wasn’t up to the task. A double-bearing supported drive shaft that powers high-carbon stainless steel burrs ensure you get the best grind, every time.
The grind adjuster is on the base where the action is. Dual spring-plungers and detents keep it in place so your setting will stay until you change it.
You can easily remove and replace the top with a push of a button. No need to mess with your grind setting or make any adjustments. Intuitive and simple.
Pre-grind up to ⅓ cup of pepper into the base for easy one-hand seasoning. No need to wash your hands mid-seasoning after flipping your raw steak.
The Pepper Cannon is milled from a solid piece of Aerospace Grade Aluminum. It is then anodized black for a durable, non-reactive and easy to clean surface. The hardened high-carbon stainless steel burrs crush the pepper effortlessly.

On first loading it with peppercorns and giving it a few cranks, I thought "yeah, this one puts out a nice amount..."
I looked at the output and it was a finer grind than what I most commonly want, so I "counted clicks" clockwise on the adjustment until fully closed, and realized it had been set from the factory to "10 of 75" from finest grind. I opened it up to step 20, then a bit more to 22. That is about where I want my everyday grind, and holy cats, does that thing kick out the pepper! I can't imagine the volume of pepper it would produce at even the halfway point on the grind adjustment!
The build quality is really superb. As a mechanical engineer, I appreciate well designed and built mechanisms, and this does not disappoint.
Looked at this Cannon for 2-Years before buying it... The quality and grinding action is even better than I imagined... A rock-solid tool in the kitchen, with prolific and consistent output... no more grinding away, attempting to produce a teaspoon of perfectly ground pepper... this dependable bad-boy doesn't quit; grind for grind...
Treat yourself and never look back!!
I’ve had my pepper grinder for three or four years now and when people come to my house at first, they think it’s expensive but within three or four months are going hey who’s the guy that makes those things incredible and mines a piece of junk I’ve also given away about six or seven as gifts and people rave about them. You won’t go wrong purchasing this pepper cannon !
You fill this thing full of cannon balls and she's a weapon of mass destruction.
