This is by far the best spatula in my kitchen (and I have quite a few of them). It’s heavy duty and well made. It’s built for a lifetime of use. Great for smash burgers but also lots of other things.
This spatula was just what I was looking for. When the first one I ordered showed up with loose rivets I contacted Cleve and he replaced it right away. The spatula works great and I look forward to using it for many years to come.
I previously bought a different brand that was supposed to be highly recommended. That spatula bent easily when pressed and was not adequate. This is a sturdy high quality spatula, highly recommended for smash burgers.
It's okay, just another cheap spatula. Bends easily and it's not full tang. Overall just feels cheap. Probably better things on Amazon for less.
This ironically matched some other utensils/spatulas of mine that have ironwood handles... has the perfect wider design for not just smashing but also lifting those extra large items...
