Small skillet spatula is a winner
Nice product
Pepper your steak in 7 cranks instead of 70.
Cast Iron’s Favorite Little Buddy
Nice product
It probably will do the job fine. I'm disappointed to find that it is made in China. I didn't read the description good enough.
Almost all the metal spatula's online (I know used Google Shopping) are large which is good if you have a grill or a 12 inch skillet but what I use everyday is a 7 inch carbon steel skillet and this is absolutely the perfect size, so this is the spatula that gets daily use. Don't think one can give a kitchen utensil higher praise.
So while the Mannkitchen Spatulas need a bit of extra love due to the wooden handles, which means that they get the same soap, oil, and wax from Carson and Doucet treatment my other wooden utensils get, I've found this spatula awesome to go with Preped Kitchen's precision milled Cast Iron, it's able to get underneath the food, and I'm also able to use the chisel to get any carbon off the finish from my wife's desire to cook at 11...
So this little dude is a life saver for helping me maintain the tools which my wife uses to make my Mannly dinners.
This is a well made spatula that can handle heavy use. The beveled edge easily chops through and breaks up meat while you're cooking. The metal is thick and not at all flimsy like other spatulas. Love it!
With over 9 inches of usable edge in its 11.5 inch overall length, this spatula is capable of smashing burgers, lifting delicate cookies, or slicing and serving brownies.
This spatula was designed specifically for skillet owners that asked for a narrower blade with slightly rounded corners to reach those nooks and crannies of cast iron skillets.
Strong and non-flexible for heavy scraping tasks and making smash burgers. Straight beveled scraping edge creates maximum edge contact, ensuring that even the most stubborn foods release from your cooking surface. Tapered single-piece hardwood handle for comfortable grip and heat resistance.
