By using hardened stainless steel, this spatula will actually improve your cast-iron over time by leveling the surface, rather than just wear away the edge gradually.

Designed with a stub-tang handle, the spatula is front-weighted, so it rests flat on the blade when you’re not flipping steaks and smashing burgers. Pro Tip: Rest the blade of your MK21680 on the hot surface for a few seconds to prevent smashburges from sticking to the spatula post-smash.
The hardwood handle let’s you handle the spatula without it getting too hot or melting. The heavy gauge steel eliminates flex, so you can throw down some serious pressure for the perfect smash burger, or to scrape ALL the food in the skillet.
