Perfect Spatula For Grilling
I have used this spatula twice now on my Big Green Egg. It is perfect. It is long, and I like to grill at high heat, so it keeps your hands away from the fire. It is also very wide, it could easily flip 1/2 pound burgers. The edges are sloped down to be nice and thin thin, to help it effectively slide under food that might stick to a hot grill. All in all, a very logical design, and great craftmanship. I am impressed with Mannkitchen's grill spatula.

Solid backbone!
This bad boy is what I was looking for with a long handle and solid backbone for smashing burgers and flipping large items on the blackstone. It is awesome!!
