I am French, and I hope you will not keep that against me, but in the days of Indochina, the Kampot pepper was all the rage in France and found in the best cuisines. Then the Khmer Rouge used their country as a killing field, and Kampot was the last stronghold for the Khmer Rouge. Pepper farming died. But It's back, and it's good. I'm glad you chose Kampot pepper as ammunition for your Pepper cannon!
