SURPRISE!!

Past paring knives - and I have worn down many - were much sleeker looking so thought this would be too bulky. Wrong. It was very comfortable and I happily chopped my way through the ingredients for lunch with friends AND pie for dessert.

Big little paring knife

A paring knife is indispensable.

Close cutting tasks and detail work are the domain of the paring knife, but your hands stay the same size regardless of the size of your ingredients.

The MÄNNKITCHEN paring knife is comfortable for everyone, including those with big hands.

4 Inch Nitrogen Steel Blade

US Made BD1N Nitrogen Steel is easy to sharpen and stays sharp for a good long while.

The best paring knife is ideal for dicing, mincing, and chopping medium to small ingredients like garlic and shallots while being equally adept at peeling apples or skinning blanched tomatoes.

Exceptional Construction

The spine and bolster are rounded & polished for comfort even during extended use.

The handle is larger than typical paring knives and has no angular edges, making it super comfortable.

Scales made of indestructible G10 ensure it won’t slip when wet, and won’t discolor, shrink, crack, or swell when Robert "accidentally" puts it in the dishwasher.
