Paring knife

In addition to several of your products that I own, I recently purchased the paring knife. I bought it because I found myself myself using a paring knife frequently for quick trim jobs on chicken for the grill. Odd as it may seem, there was no need for a larger knife to trim skin and fat, yet many paring knives are a bit flimsy for the task. This paring knife does not disappoint, sharp and sturdy with a full size handle. Thank you Mannkitchen!

A sharp legit knife

This thing is awesome. It cuts through frozen meat like nothing. So damn sharp that I cur myself many times on the bottom point on the knife. My go to knife for just about anything
