One of the sharpest knives I've ever owned.

Opened it, washed it, and used it to prep some vegetables for some soup 10 minutes later. The process took a 3rd of the time due to how sharp this knife was. Easy to use, hold, and in general just one of the best kitchen knives I own immediately out of the box. Can't recommend enough!

Chunky, beefy, not so pretty, but...

It's become my main go-to for a lot of meal prep. Very satisfied with this knife. It's very comfortable and easy to direct. It makes me want to get the other MANNKITCHEN knives.
