Pairing knife bliss

Pairing knives are essential and felt to be utilitarian tools. Then there is the Mannkitchen pairing knife. This is a different thing all together, the craftsmanship and design are impeccable. This feels DELIBERATE, like all the Mannkitchen products I have owned, this sets the standard for BEST - my only regret is that I went through so many knives over the years when I could have been using this all along.

Paring knife

In addition to several of your products that I own, I recently purchased the paring knife. I bought it because I found myself myself using a paring knife frequently for quick trim jobs on chicken for the grill. Odd as it may seem, there was no need for a larger knife to trim skin and fat, yet many paring knives are a bit flimsy for the task. This paring knife does not disappoint, sharp and sturdy with a full size handle. Thank you Mannkitchen!
