I bought the chef’s knife last year and it’s great but too big for my taste. This one is perfect.

I don’t know what kind of alloy is used in this blade, but it holds an edge like no other. I was gifted one of these for Christmas a year ago and it’s still scary sharp after a tremendous amount of use in the kitchen. I bought two more as gifts I was so impressed. No idea how I’m going to sharpen this ultra hard steel when the day comes, but it’s an impressive knife.
I own a few buck knives, kitchen knives, but they weren't as sharp or designed as well as these !
Beautiful solid handle with a razor sharp blade. Top quality.
Highly recommended.
I’ve bought many Pepper Cannons and thought it was time to check out the Mannkitchen knives - the Santoku did not disappoint!! With the same build excellence as the Pepper Cannon, I expect as much performance from this. It’s sharp, and well balanced and fast becoming my go to knife.
I've been instructed not to call it "the Wife Knife", so I won't, but it is my wife's favorite knife.
Supremely versatile, the MÄNNKITCHEN Santoku does everything the MK9 Chef knife does but with a more compact shape. I reach for it when I'm dicing, sometimes even when my MK9 is clean. Don't tell anyone.
The defining characteristic od the Santoku is a lower point. The straghter edge paired with a low point allows for effortless dicing and chopping (without having your elbow up by your ears).
The spine is round & polished so there’s no friction that will lead to discomfort and blistering.
The handle is extra large with added width and thickness, and no angular edges, making it super comfortable for even the largest of hands. Scales made of indestructible G10 ensure it doesn’t slip (even when wet) and won’t swell, shrink, crack, or discolor.
When you're used to gathering diced veggies on the side of your blade to transfer them, it's hard to go back to a skinny blade. So we made it wide.
Like a dough scraper with a personality.
