The most versatile Mannkitchen knife yet.

After ordering the original MK9, I emailed Cleve to request more knives and specifically a Santoku blade. I do like to think he did it all because of me.

I am into knives and the MK series are knives my favorites. With excellent Mannkitchen build quality just like everything else Mannkitchen, they are durable and sharp with great features like oversized handles and microbolsters.

The best and worth more every penny. You will not be disappointed. If somehow you are, you should be ashamed and send me yours.

If Anything - better than the original chefs knife!

Love love love these knives ... first time a set of knives have felt comfortable in my somewhat large hands.

Quality is superb and comes from the factory - super-sharp. I have all the knives in this set with the exception of the steak knives ... and will be adding those soon. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great new cutlery addition

My wife was looking for something a bit more manageable in the kitchen than the  MK9 Chef Knife.  With this  knife in her hand she may even be able to  manage me.  Razor sharp and the  blade design  has good rocking motion ( but not overly so ) compared to some other  santoku designs I have used. The handle felt a bit bigger than the one on my MK9 and measurements confirmed this. Cleve's wife may have big hands ?

Chop. Slice. Dice.

The Santoku: A more maneuverable chef knife.

I've been instructed not to call it "the Wife Knife", so I won't, but it is my wife's favorite knife.

Supremely versatile, the MÄNNKITCHEN Santoku does everything the MK9 Chef knife does but with a more compact shape. I reach for it when I'm dicing, sometimes even when my MK9 is clean. Don't tell anyone.

What's The Point of a lower Point?

The defining characteristic od the Santoku is a lower point. The straghter edge paired with a low point allows for effortless dicing and chopping (without having your elbow up by your ears).

Exceptional Construction

The spine is round & polished so there’s no friction that will lead to discomfort and blistering.

The handle is extra large with added width and thickness, and no angular edges, making it super comfortable for even the largest of hands. Scales made of indestructible G10 ensure it doesn’t slip (even when wet) and won’t swell, shrink, crack, or discolor.

Wide Blade Energy

When you're used to gathering diced veggies on the side of your blade to transfer them, it's hard to go back to a skinny blade. So we made it wide.

Like a dough scraper with a personality.
