Just like the steak knives this thing is amazing. Sharp, well balanced and long enough for large round boule loaves of bread.
This is a serrated sword!!! Great quality. The handle is beautiful and perfectly made.
The only knife in the set I havent had a chance to use yet ... but will in a few days when I make some bread for Christmas dinner - have no doubt this knife will perform as flawlessly as the others in the set.

The deep serrated blade works well on any size loaf and the long blade insures that whether I desire thick or thin slices I get exactly what I want!
