Easy to clean

This elegant beast crushed the garlic well, although I did find it a little difficult regarding the hand strength it required. The ease of clearing out the crushed remains was wonderful, making moving on to the next clove quick. I love the way the internal works fold out so the remains can be removed without the use of a tool. When I was done pressing cloves it would have been easy to give it a quick hand wash but I just tossed it into the dishwasher instead. It was a little expensive, but it should last forever and no more probing holes with a toothpick or toothbrush. I have no regrets buying this.
