Ordinary mills can only grind pepper in the 12-28 mesh size range. The Pepper Cannon can grind from 8 to over 60. It can grind coarse enough for stocks and roast beef, and finer than the pre-ground pepper you have been forced to buy because your mill wasn’t up to the task. A double-bearing supported drive shaft that powers high-carbon stainless steel burrs ensure you get the best grind, every time.
The grind adjuster is on the base where the action is. Dual spring-plungers and detents keep it in place so your setting will stay until you change it.
You can easily remove and replace the top with a push of a button. No need to mess with your grind setting or make any adjustments. Intuitive and simple.
Pre-grind up to ⅓ cup of pepper into the base for easy one-hand seasoning. No need to wash your hands mid-seasoning after flipping your raw steak.

Yes, this is stupid expensive. It is purely a luxury, not a necessity. It also does everything advertised as well or better than claimed. The grind control is awesome, and the output is almost unbelievable. Do you need this? No way. Will you enjoy this every time you pick it up? Absolutely!
I love this thing. This is my second pepper cannon. I'm using the colored buttons to note which pepper corns I have in use. Setting the grind is easy. There is nothing like fresh cracked pepper to season your food.

I have several pepper grinders including a craig lyn. The “Pepper Cannon” is easy to fill, puts out a large amount, and what sets it apart from the others, its easy to operate or crank. Also since the adjustment, which is on the bottom and has set positions, does not change while turning. It just works well and is well built.
